Queensland Rugby Union (QRU) has today announced an indicative 11-Round draw for the 2020 Queensland Premier Rugby competition, which includes the Allsports Physiotherapy Hospital Challenge Cup, that would see Queensland’s brightest Club Rugby players in action in August.
Working closely with the general managers and presidents of each of the nine Premier Rugby clubs, QRU game development staff have mapped out a return to training plan, which will begin on 12 June as stage two Queensland Government restrictions begin, with contact training returning in July before matches kick off on 1 August.
