Before a player participates in any rugby activity, they must be cleared to play within that particular Union where that activity is based. There are two types of player clearances concerning UQRFC:
Inbound Clearance – International player into Australia Rugby Union
If you are an inbound player from overseas, you will need to gain permission from your former club before playing for UQRFC.
Outbound – Australian player to another international Union
