CLEARANCES

Before a player participates in any rugby activity, they must be cleared to play within that particular Union where that activity is based. There are two types of player clearances concerning UQRFC:

Inbound Clearance – International player into Australia Rugby Union

If you are an inbound player from overseas, you will need to gain permission from your former club before playing for UQRFC. Click the button below to download the clearance form used by Rugby Australia – the Union in which you are currently apart of will have something similar also.

I want to play for UQRFC in Australia – 

Outbound – Australian player to another international Union

If you are a player from UQRFC wanting to move and play rugby overseas, you will need to initiate the process of your outbound clearance using the button below.
